Notice for International Sharpening / Repair service of HIKARI scissors

HIKARI does not accept sharpening / repair service shipped from overseas individually, except for customers who have purchased directly from us or customers’ who live in an area where there is no authorized HIKARI distributor. Our authorized distributors will provide you with HIKARI quality sharpening / repair service. If you need to sharpen your scissors, please contact our authorized distributor in your area.

If you have purchased HIKARI scissors from our dealers in Japan, please contact them directly. Shipping your scissors to Japan will cost you freight and there is a charge for tax every time you send them in. HIKARI scissors can be used for a long time with the proper care and maintenance, including sending them to your authorized HIKARI distributor for service. When you purchase a scissor in Japan it will cost you more in the long run, once you add the shipping charge plus duties and taxes. We recommend purchasing your HIKARI scissor from our authorized distributors.

해외로부터의 연마·수리 의뢰에 관한 안내

히카리는 해외 대리점이 개설되지 않은 나라를 제외하고, 해외 개인 고객님의 직접적인 연마·수리 의뢰는 받지 않습니다. 해외 대리점이 본사를 대신하여 연마·수리를 담당하고 있습니다. 연마·수리가 필요하실 때는 거주하시는 나라의 히카리 대리점으로 연락하시기 바랍니다. 일본에서 구입하신 경우에도 각 구입처에 문의해 주십시오. 단, 해외운송료, 통관비용 등은 고객님 부담이 됩니다. 히카리 가위는 연마를 통해 오랫동안 사용하실 수 있습니다. 연마 때마다 일본으로 보내시면 구매차액 이상의 많은 비용이 발생합니다.

해외 정규 대리점을 통해 구입하실 것을 권합니다. 대리점 연락처를 모르실 경우 본사로 문의하시기 바랍니다.


海外からの研磨・修理依頼についてお知らせ

ヒカリでは直接ご購入された場合や代理店の無い国を除く、個人のお客様からの直接の研磨・修理依頼は受けつけておりません。代理店が弊社に変わって研磨・修理を執り行わせて頂きます。研磨・修理が必要な際は弊社代理店へご連絡下さい。

日本でご購入された際も購入先へとご連絡下さい。その際の送料・関税費用等はお客様の負担となります。ヒカリシザーは研磨することで長くご愛用いただけますが、都度研磨の為に日本に送る事で差額以上のコストがかかってしまいます。正規代理店からのご購入をお勧めいたします。

Caution for Fake HIKARI Scissors

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you very much for your support.

We recently received phone call from customers that they found or purchased fake HIKARI scissors from unofficial dealers by Internet.
They are using our “光” logo and put “JAPAN” on the scissors but actually its manufactured in China.
We are using “HKR” and “Made in Japan” logo for our official HIKARI scissors in Chinese market.
Please also beware for the internet scissors’ sellers. They are mostly using our scissors’ photos on their website and deliver fakes.
And also beware Internet sellers. Our distributors are not allowed selling our scissors by Internet.
日本光(中国商標HKR)牌剪刀的仿造品在中国市場也出現了銷售. 請使用者注意.
