Former president, Kazuyoshi Takahashi, attended and impressed at a hair show in Las Vegas in 1987.

He experienced fabulous shows and had fun with promoting HIKARI scissors there.

After he came back to Japan, he established HIKARI PRODUCTS JAPAN, for sales and promotion of HIKARI scissor.
